Client brief:
The client Baemin – one of the top three brands in the area of food delivery/Mart applications – asked the students to do a competitive analysis benchmarking with the two other top competitors in the market (Grab and Now Fresh), and analyse the customers’ behaviors and journey to come up with a strategic plan and a strategically aligned digital marcom plan that help them achieve their business goals and objectives. The three best student teams from both HN and SGS campuses presented to Mr. Tung Pham, Head of Category and Mr. Ngoc Anh Hoang, Head of Media and Comm.
Outcome:
The client complimented the students on a well-crafted plan which include suggestions for product UX/UI improvement.
