VJ Performance for Sound
Visual Jockeying (VJing) is an innovative discipline that involves the live manipulation of video and graphical content in synchronization with musical compositions. Utilizing specialized software and hardware, students are trained to create sophisticated audio-visual (AV) experiences that emulate the dynamic environments of concerts, festivals and club settings. The pedagogy of VJing is incorporated within the curriculum through courses such as Digital Media Studio 3: Experimentation and Digital Media Specialization 2: Live Events, where theoretical knowledge and practical skills are seamlessly integrated to prepare students for professional applications in the field.
