Number of Participants: 22 senior managers in various divisions within De Heus

The program welcomed 22 senior managers from De Heus, who got to broaden their leadership skills based on the De Heus Leadership Framework and gain practical knowledge about strategic thinking, formulation, and execution. A group of top experts from RMIT including School of Business & Management Deputy Dean Professor Robert McClelland (now: Professor Robert McClelland, Dean of The Business School, RMIT Vietnam) facilitated the program throughout its run from March to October 2021.
