Studio V - Centre of Social and Environmental Outreach in Vietnam

Fast growth and integration have intensified social problems in Vietnam. New problems have also arisen. Nationally there are problems in the social welfare, rising inequality, and environmental pollution. Vietnamese people, especially who from young generation are more aware of these issues and take actions, with their knowledge, skill and passion.

Studio V aims to link the University’s students and staff – through a series of creative outreach projects – to industry partners, government agencies, NGO’s and other groups in the community, to ultimately help with social and environmental issues that impact today's Vietnam.

Doing a community project means working on real projects with real clients, allows students to become work-ready, global in outlook and competence, environmentally aware, and socially responsible, increasingly an important value that future employers look for.
