Student Awards

At RMIT, students are encouraged to take the skills acquired in the classroom and apply them to create real world impact by way of external competitions. The projects featured on this page demonstrate outstanding student achievement in a variety of competitions, as awarded by industry professionals.

We encourage and support our students to take part in competitions, as they offer additional chances to address industry, government, and non-profit briefs, develop team-working skills, and apply the lessons learned in the classroom in real-world settings.

Participating in competitions can be beneficial to a student’s career, as they provide opportunities to interact with industry professionals, as well as create visibility and recognition for their work.
