Dr Hiep Pham is a Senior Lecturer and holds a PhD and EMBA from RMIT University and a Master of Commerce in Advanced Information Systems and Management from University of New South Wales, Australia. Hiep also acquired CEH and CHFI certificates. He has taught a wide range of IT and business-related courses in undergraduate programs. Dr Pham has published extensively in international journals and conferences on security behaviour, business cases and educational technologies.
