Hung has over ten years of working experience in the field of corporate training and management consulting. Before joining RMIT University, Hung was a consultant for the Benchmarking for Business Competitiveness (MGSM and IBM Australia) and the E-commerce network in the Asia Pacific (Gartner Business Analysis, Australia). In Vietnam, Hung was a trainer and consultant for more than 200 middle and top executives in HCMC and Hanoi (Diethelm, Total, Unilever, Vifon, Vietnam Airlines, Novartis, Petro Vietnam, etc.). He also served as a consultant for the UNESCAP-GTZ project on export promotion and development plans for SMEs in HCMC. At RMIT, his area of teaching includes Business information management, Operations Management and Supply chain analytics. Hung completed a PhD program in Operations Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia, holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University, Bulgaria.
