Scott McDonald


Dr. Scott McDonald has been with RMIT University since June 2016 and has been living in Vietnam since 2011 teaching Cambridge - Business Studies and Science at Vietnam Australia International School (3/2 Campus) in HCMC. He is both a lecturer and a course coordinator for Warehouse & Distribution, Transportation & Freight Logistics, and Business Communications & Professional Practice. Before coming to Vietnam, Dr. McDonald was employed as a Project Manager for an electronics contract manufacturer in southern California, U.S.A., a Warehouse, Purchasing, and Transportation Manager. Dr. McDonald obtained his Ph.D. in Business (Entrepreneurship) from Nottingham Business School (NTU), his D.B.A. (Social Entrepreneurship) from Horizons University (France), his M.Sc. in Project Management from the University of Hertfordshire, his M.B.A., and B.B.A. from Trinity College in the U.K., and an RMIT Graduate Certificate in Digital Tertiary Learning and Teaching with Distinction. In 2020, Dr. Scott also received the RMIT Teaching Award for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning Excellence in Learning & Teaching.
