MKTG1416 - Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning

RMIT x Therapy


Therapy is a new brand of Home Love. It is a natural bath cream that nurtures users and brings relaxation. After 5 months from launch, the client would like to get feedback from potential customers, so the client asked the students to do a research project which focuses on product testing and customers suggestions for product and promotion.

 

For the strategy class, the client asked students to analyze current digital performances on their e-commerce channels and digital marcoms and come up with recommendations for a strategic plan that help them penetrate the market with the new product brand via digital channels in a more successful way.
