The aim of this project is to design and simulate a standard machine tending station that can be applied to practical manufacturing lines in cooperate with ABB robots. Machine tending stations can be a feasible solution for manufacturers in optimizing and increasing efficiency on the production line. This report will go through the process of designing the station, from research phase to simulation phase. It will show how the station will adapt to the market and provide business higher efficiency in practical implementation. The introduction will provide a general perspective of the project, how it is important for this project to be established. The problem statement will define the current problem of manufacture and production line, how this project outcome can ease the problem as a potential solution. Hence, the market and literature review will show the outcomes of the research that has been carried out throughout the progress, how the project started and knowledge that has been applied into the project as well as understandings from the market, from which a foundation is based on in order to design a station that can be adopted

and appropriate to the needs of the market. Furthermore, scope of work will determine the work that will be developed throughout the project, define success criteria for completing the objectives that have been set out, hence, solution design will be proposed in the next part of the report, where every detail of the project will be proposed, what have been done in order to complete the project

and deep explanation on how the station works in every aspect. Lastly, the simulation and showcase of the station will be shown in experiments and findings in order to provide a clearer point of view and demonstration of how the station will be implemented in a practical scenario.Therefore, a summary of this project will be announced and conclude the accomplishment has

been achieved as the outcome of this project.
