In Vietnam’s fast-growing food delivery market, many restaurants still rely on outdated menu management practices and slow, manual customer interactions on Facebook Pages. This creates inefficiencies, inconsistent menu information, and missed opportunities to leverage customer data for growth.

MenuPilot was created to address these issues by offering a simple yet powerful AI-driven solution. The project consists of two main parts: a management portal for restaurants, and a chatbot for customer interactions.

The core feature of the portal is digitization of image-based menus into structured, editable formats, ensuring accurate and consistent updates across online channels. This eliminates repetitive transcription work and reduces errors while making it easier for restaurants to keep menus up to date.

Additionally, MenuPilot integrates an AI-powered Facebook Messenger chatbot that handles customer inquiries and real-time ordering. By automating these interactions, the platform reduces staff workload and ensures a smoother, more engaging customer experience.
