Disukien.com (Event Organization Platform)
Disukien is a collaborative project between Nextway Technology and RMIT students, designed to transform how events are managed from start to finish. The platform addresses common challenges faced by organizers, such as lengthy check-in/check-out processes, limited communication tools, and fragmented payment systems. By integrating smart solutions, Disukien ensures a smoother, more efficient experience for both organizers and participants.
A core feature is its streamlined check-in and check-out system, reducing queues and manual errors through digital tracking and automation. Event organizers can also build custom event web pages with ease—either manually with flexible templates or automatically using AI-powered generation for faster setup.
To strengthen communication, Disukien includes personalized email customization tools and automated workflow builders. For example, once an attendee purchases a ticket, the system can instantly send a confirmation email, reminders, or follow-up messages—removing repetitive tasks and ensuring consistent engagement.
The platform also supports versatile payment methods, giving attendees flexible options while simplifying financial management for organizers.
By merging technical innovation with user-focused design, Disukien creates an all-in-one ecosystem for event management. This collaboration showcases how academic creativity and professional expertise can come together to solve real-world challenges in event technology.
