AILC Intelligent Lead Management Portal (AILMP)

The AILC Intelligent Lead Management portal (AILMP) is an end-to-end digital intake platform built for AILC Wealth Tech company to modernize legacy lead processing. Legacy workflows relied on low-code forms (Heyflow) and Zapier automation, which exposed plaintext PII through public URL parameters and created duplicate CRM entries during network retries. AILMP addresses these critical vulnerabilities through a custom intake wizard, strict session security, real-time multi-language translation, and automated backend lead-scoring. 

The platform’s core architecture features a two-stage data pipeline separating unverified member intent (Lead) from staff-verified data (Application) before syncing to Connective Mercury Nexus CRM. Built with a React frontend, Fastify/Nginx API layer, and Supabase Postgres database, AILMP enforces atomic locks and static-IP egress to guarantee high data integrity and zero duplicate writes. 

Security is hardened via SMS 2FA step-up authentication and remembered device sessions. Achieving over 44% overall milestone completion by mid-August 2026, testing validated a 100% CRM pass rate and complete elimination of URL-based PII leaks. Future phases will expand the platform with a Member Dashboard, automated document verification, and a rewards portal.
