WiseappClass 

Myacademysoft is a scalable, multi-tenant Education Management System (EMS) developed in collaboration with Agilean to support the academic, administrative, financial, and learning operations of small and medium-sized education providers. The project transforms an existing education management system into a modern Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, allowing multiple institutions to operate independently within a shared environment while maintaining secure separation of users, data, branches, subscriptions, and internal processes.

The platform centralizes essential functions including student and teacher management, course and class administration, scheduling and attendance, teaching and learning activities, tuition and financial management, salary-related processes, notifications, reporting, and learning resources. Its multi-tenant architecture is structured around organizations and branches and supports five primary roles: Super Admin, Admin, Accountant, Teacher, and Student, with role-based access tailored to each user’s responsibilities.

From a technical perspective, the web application is developed with Next.js, while React Native supports the mobile application. FastAPI is used for backend services, with Oracle Database supporting data management. Docker Swarm is used to provide a more consistent and scalable deployment environment. The project also incorporates n8n workflows to automate selected processes and improve integration between different system components.

Overall, Myacademysoft aims to provide a practical, secure, accessible, and scalable SaaS education management platform that centralizes academic, administrative, financial, and learning workflows within a single ecosystem.

Branding Update: Following the Industry Supervisor's decision, WiseAppClass has been rebranded as Myacademysoft to reflect the platform's updated product identity. The project scope, functionality, and technical architecture remain unchanged.
