Verification-Management-System (VMS) Portal: A Centralized and Collaborative Platform for Multi-Project Hardware Verification Management

The Faraday Verification Management System (VMS) is a secure, on-premises platform built for Faraday Vietnam's Design Verification Department. It was designed to solve a familiar problem. Verification teams responsible for designing and running test cases were relying on scattered Excel files, emails, and manual Jira updates, making it hard to track progress, clarify responsibilities, and manage deadlines consistently. 

VMS replaces this fragmented process with one connected workflow. Members can plan and verify items, generate regression scripts, and track their own contributions, while Leaders assign tasks, monitor project progress, and view team-wide statistics. Managers and the Director get a real-time view across all projects through automated dashboards, one-click regression, and auto-generated reports, removing the need for manual chasing or status updates. 

Because verification data involves sensitive intellectual property, security shapes every design decision. VMS runs entirely on Faraday's own servers, with role-based access keeping information within the company's-controlled infrastructure. 

Performance testing confirms the system holds up under real use, handling over 1,000 items, refreshing dashboards within 2 seconds, and generating reports in under 10 seconds. The result is a faster, more transparent, and more secure way to manage verification work at Faraday Vietnam.
