With the rising demand for high-quality imported frozen beef in Vietnam, a 20,000m2 semi-automatic ultra-low temperature high-quality warehouse is proposed to preserve frozen beef at -40°C – the best temperature to preserve beef quality against chemical reactions. The warehouse is expected to be the most modernized frozen warehouse in Vietnam, with approximately 13.2mn kilograms and average daily throughputs up to 90,000 kilograms. The estimated total costs for our cold warehouse are about 17.6 million USD. We aim for full automation to achieve the fastest inventory flow, monitoring 24/7 and sharing data with our customers. These achievements help us reserve the best of frozen beef while ensuring global supply chain transparency. Moreover, our warehouses also offer label & kitting value-added services.

Our report addresses the warehouse location, process, design, reasonable capital and operational costs, and health & safety procedure – particularly the inflammable risks. Research data comes from academic sources and international regulations, websites & e-commerce platforms. Despite deduction in reliability when using websites and e-commerce platforms, these sources help us fill missing information during our warehouse planning and make our plan more practical.
