AI APPLICATION FOR AUTOMATED INVOICE PROCESSING

Our multifaceted project entails a constellation of intricate components. We have meticulously engineered an automated email inbox checker that nimbly traverses the digital realm to scout for incoming invoices. The adept system, underpinned by Python's prowess, adeptly captures PDF, XML, and ZIP documents, ready for further scrutiny. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology supports extracting raw textual gems from attachments, regardless of their origin. Subsequently, through a masterful amalgamation of regular expressions and the ChatGPT API, these raw textual treasures metamorphose into the structured elegance of JSON format. This meticulously curated data now stands poised for integration into a user-friendly front-end web application, a manifestation of our commitment to delivering tangible results. To ensure future scalability and extensibility, a RESTful API forms an integral part of our project architecture.
