Due to increased mental health issues, especially during the Covid 19, our usual daily activities have been charged or forced to adapt to a new habit. Therefore, one of the most effective solutions to prevent depression is making sure that we are not sad for many days and understanding our preferred factors that impact our happiness.

Based on those objectives, our Emomo, Emotion Mobile Application, is created based on the cooperation between RMIT Capstone students with the NFQ Asia Company, to create a tool that keeps track of users’ daily activities, predict the upcoming day activities and mood, extract the rules for each person and show scientists’ advice for these factors. Our application is designed to fulfill these demands of all users who have stable habits and want to understand their current mental health status or people who want to adapt to a new habit or have a healthier lifestyle. We also support users who have already suffered from being sad many days by pointing out their rules and suggestions based on their happy days. Every day, the application will choose the best algorithm with the highest accuracy from 4 algorithms to predict each user’s mood. Our prediction model is designed for each user every day, and the accuracy is up to 80.85%. The application also uses the Decision Tree to extract the rules from models to determine which factors and their range affect the user feeling and then display them as recommendations for future activities.

Therefore, our application is currently the unique tool that offers this feature. Scientists’ advice or finding the nearest hospitals are also alternatives to support them. Sentiment detection from journals and live videos are advanced features to attract and encourage users to provide daily records. The testing process of 4 different types of testing is executed to ensure the quality of the delivered final product achieves our requirements.
