Vietnamese legal paperwork has always been a complicated process and a time-consuming task to get done. To properly obtain the paperwork, we must go through multiple phases to get the pre-requisite documents and fill in different forms in order to continue the legal paperwork process. Therefore, “Paperwork” has been created to solve all of these complex issues by providing our customers with the help of experienced papermakers to simplify and reduce the time taken to process any legal paperwork. 

 “Paperwork” is an online e-commerce platform that provides service as a product allowing transactions between customers and papermakers for any paperwork. Our web application provides customers with various categories requiring legal documents. “Paperwork” is straightforward to use; the customer can either log in using their Facebook or Google account, and after that, the customer can start experiencing the platform without needing additional steps. The website has a simple flow; customers will search for their desired service, choose the papermaker that fits their needs, and book the service with that specific papermaker. After that, the two can contact each other directly, exchange information, and provide pre-requisite documents. The flow is somewhat similar to other e-commerce platforms, but we sell service as a product instead of primary products. “Paperwork” also provides a service tracking feature so that our customers can have a better look and understand how the papermaker is processing their booking and undoubtedly know if the booking is on track. As for the trustworthiness of our papermakers which is certainly a concern of the customers, our papermakers are carefully chosen by the admin team at Nextway Technology, and we want to ensure the customers that all of the papermakers are verified, and the company will take responsibility if there are any unwanted situation. For the payment system, “Paperwork” is equipped with Stripe, a global payment processing platform, further ensuring the customers. 



We believe that “Paperwork” is a remarkable idea and what differentiates us from other e-commerce platforms are our unique idea and the support that we will be able to provide to the customers where every process nowadays requires legal paperwork.
