Numerous Vietnamese laboratories are still following paper-based systems to manage their lab data, staff and workflows, which leads to some big challenges for the industry such as human mistakes, unsafe storage, time-wasting and reducing the ability to audit data. 

Phuong Hai is one of the companies in the lab industry with a desire to grow bigger in this field. They have recognized this problem and came up with a solution to handle it by building a web-based lab management system that could provide features to effectively store, collect, analyse lab samples as well as control employee tasks, reports.
