The system requires only an RTSP stream input, making it compatible with most surveillance cameras and highly accessible across diverse retail environments. Key features include human detection and tracking, heatmap generation using pre-trained models, and real-time stream processing via WebSocket, all of which ensure high accuracy in detecting customer presence and behavior.
