MaixSense A010 Development Board for Package Dimension Calculation and Ahamove Driver App Integration 

Vietnam’s logistics industry has experienced rapid growth, fueled by the expansion of e-commerce, which has led to an increased demand for efficient delivery operations. However, logistics providers like Ahamove face challenges in optimizing vehicle capacity due to inaccurate package dimensioning data. Traditional weight-based methods fall short in ensuring effective load distribution, leading to higher operational costs, fuel usage, and environmental impact. 

This project aims to develop a cost-effective, AI-powered hardware solution using the MaixSense A010 development board and ESP32 microcontroller. The system will automatically calculate package dimensions in real-time using AI and transmit the data to the Ahamove Driver App via Bluetooth. This solution will enhance load planning, reduce empty space, minimize trips, and improve operational efficiency. 



The significance of this project lies in its potential to optimize logistics operations by providing accurate, real-time package dimensioning. The proposed solution contributes to more sustainable logistics practices by reducing fuel consumption and improving delivery efficiency, benefiting both Ahamove and the wider logistics industry in Vietnam. The integration of AI and Bluetooth technology ensures that the system can be implemented efficiently in mobile environments, offering a scalable solution for the growing logistics sector.
