Electrostatic Machine
The primary objective of our project is to design, create, and operate a five-phase electrostatic machine that significantly reduces the reliance on copper wire and neodymium magnets, thus making a substantial contribution to environmental sustainability. This innovative motor addresses the environmental impact of traditional motors by drastically minimizing the need for rare earth elements and toxic materials through the direct fabrication of its components using advanced PCB technology. The machine operates by generating electrostatic forces between the rotor and stator, which enhances both its longevity and efficiency, ensuring reliable and durable performance. The implementation of a five-phase system further guarantees smooth, continuous, and consistent operation across a wide range of applications, significantly boosting overall dependability. By going with this approach, our initiative not only raises the bar for sustainable technology but also sets a new benchmark in reducing the negative environmental effects associated with motor manufacturing and operation, leading to a more eco-friendly and forward-thinking solution in motor design.
