Netcompany Tournament Organizer

Netcompany Tournament Organizer is a web-based platform designed to modernize and simplify the way internal tournaments are planned and managed. Traditionally, Netcompany has relied on spreadsheets and lengthy email exchanges to coordinate events, a process that often leads to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and errors in scheduling or scoring. This project addresses those limitations by providing a centralized system where administrators can create, configure, and manage tournaments, while employees can directly access schedules, scores, and results.

The system supports multiple tournament structures such as single elimination, double elimination, round-robin and leaderboard formats, allowing flexibility for different types of events ranging from sports competitions to coding challenges. Administrators are given step-by-step tools to configure settings such as banners, themes, match schedules, and scoring rules, while participants benefit from real-time updates through a public-facing dashboard homepage. Features like CSV participant import, automated notifications, and manual result tracking.



Beyond those operations, the project contributes to organizational goals by enhancing employee engagement and ensuring fair, transparent competition. The platform is built with scalability in mind, supporting the growing demand for frequent and varied internal events.
