Safety Button System
Intel required our team to develop a new solution that will be more time efficient and has better attraction for the drivers. Hence we developed a wireless system using a WI-FI to control light at both ends of the aisle. The project is named: Safety Button System.
Our system consists of 2 devices that holds a WIFI-module chip to control the lights and communicate with each other at range up to 75m. Each device is placed at each ends of the aisle, so that worker can enter from either way and still be able to trigger the lights. Our system also connects to the local WIFI of the warehouse to display the status of the aisles onto a dashboard.
