Project Luvcraft An AI-powered fandom intelligence platform designed to provide actionable insights into fan communities

Project Luvcraft is an AI-powered fandom intelligence and brand collaboration platform developed in partnership with Project Pluto and RMIT University Vietnam. The system automates market research by transforming fragmented, fast-moving online fan conversations into structured, actionable strategic insights.

Built on an asynchronous micro-orchestration pipeline (FastAPI, Celery, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL), Luvcraft ingests public market signals across video platforms, community forums, and search trends. The core engine applies a hybrid analytical framework that combines deterministic statistical modeling (sentiment distribution, 30-day trend velocity, engagement depth, and geo-comparison) with Large Language Model reasoning via Google Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite.

The platform delivers comprehensive qualitative "Vibe Checks", anomaly spike detection, and quantitative Brand-IP collaboration fit matrices—evaluating audience overlap, core value alignment, and strategic risk signals. Encapsulated in a responsive Next.js web application with enterprise Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Project Luvcraft reduces market research turnaround from days to under three minutes, empowering marketing teams, creators, and brands to make data-driven partnership decisions with precision and cultural context.
