The Capstone Impact Platform Redesign & Automated Publishing System addresses the fragmented, manual process used to prepare SSET capstone projects for public showcase. Previously, project information was scattered across spreadsheets, PDFs, folders, and poster images, making records difficult to validate, review, reuse, and publish consistently. Our solution is a web-based Admin/CMS that structures project records, supports validation and staff review, and governs the controlled publication of approved project content to the existing Duda showcase. The platform separates internal workflow management from public presentation, ensuring that only approved public fields and approved media reach the public layer. It also improves consistency, discoverability, and scalability for 100+ projects each year. By combining structured data management, accessibility-conscious media handling, and controlled publication workflows, the system helps staff prepare showcase-ready content more efficiently while presenting projects to the public through a clearer, reusable, and more maintainable digital experience.
