Automated Exchange Oil System

Our Smart Automated Oil Change System revolutionizes motorcycle maintenance by combining IoT technology with a user-friendly mobile app. Designed to address common challenges like long wait times and inconsistent service, the system allows users to easily locate the nearest oil change stations, select the right oil volume, and make payments securely via Stripe. The app features OTP-based login and real-time data integration, with a backend powered by NestJS and Postgres.

The hardware includes an oil tank, solenoid valve, waste oil compartment with a level sensor, and a suction pump for waste oil transfer. The system ensures precise oil volume control with a flow rate, promoting efficiency and environmental safety.



This innovation supports Southeast Asia's smart mobility and preventative care industry, modernizing oil change processes and enhancing service accessibility. The project is nearing completion, with the next steps focused on finalizing system integration and conducting extensive full-stack testing before launch.
