Voice Back
This project developed an innovative app designed to aid in vocal cord rehabilitation. The app integrates personalized vocal exercises, real-time feedback, and progress tracking to support users recovering from vocal cord injuries or conditions. By consulting with medical professionals, the app was tailored to address specific needs and improve vocal quality. User testing was conducted to refine the app’s functionality and ensure effectiveness. The result is a user-friendly tool that offers targeted exercises and detailed performance analytics, empowering individuals to manage their vocal health more effectively and recover with greater precision. The app features a vocal training lesson section to improve voice quality, a tracking graph to monitor lesson frequency over weeks or months, and a voice amplification tool that allows users to record and save multiple audio files, especially useful on days when their voice feels weak. Additionally, VoiceBack offers a voice evaluation feature, enabling users to send recordings to organizations for assessment, helping identify improvements or necessary adjustments in treatment or therapy. In particular, this application can be used even when the mobile device has no signal or internet.
