Digital Twin Enabled Warehouse 4.0: Real Time RFID Sensing, AMR Orchestration, and AI Driven Operational Insights

Two companion applications built for Schneider Electric Manufacturing Vietnam, together covering the full physical goods flow through the warehouse - inbound and outbound.

The GR Receiving App handles everything arriving. Operators start a receiving session, scan the delivery order, then scan supplier boxes individually or in batches. The app matches quantities against open purchase-order lines, blocks over-receipt, and posts approved receipts into SAP with per-line success/failure tracking and retry. It also manages returnable packaging balances, imported goods receiving with customs declaration data, supplier master data, and receiving KPls. Linked with Put Away app to control storage of goods

Pallet Interlocking App handles everything leaving. It provides end-to-end traceability Box (carton HU2) → Pallet (handling unit 689...) → Container, so a wrong box or pallet cannot ship. Operators scan two labels per carton, validated against the SAP packing plan for product and quantity; completed pallets are interlocked with photo evidence, loaded into a port-assigned container, and confirmed back to SAP on sealing. 



Shared foundation: React multi-page frontends on ASP.NET Core APls, live SAP integration, full English/Vietnamese switching, role-based access, complete audit trails, and handheld barcode-scanner support (MC330N/Keyence). Both replace legacy ASP.NET applications whose business logic was locked inside SQL stored procedures.
