The objective of the assignment is to help students to practices the skill of comprehending and defining business problems of a real company using the design thinking technique and students' understanding of internal and external factors in the company's business environment. Then, students proceed to explore the root causes of the defined problems as a first step to helping the company solve the problems and achieve its business objectives.
