AI Multi Agent Platform Enhancement for Sales Enablement – Nora 

Nora is Verysell AI’s multi-agent artificial intelligence platform for sales enablement, designed to help sales and customer-facing teams get more value from their organisation’s repository of case studies, portfolios, service offerings, and client history. With support from Verysell AI, TeamNotFound was given the opportunity to develop Nora further, transforming the platform into an active assistant.

Nora integrates a team of specialised AI agents, which plan, retrieve, draft, review and reinforce client proposals. Its architecture features contextualized agent, capable of delivering accurate, context-aware proposals and client relationship summaries. It also integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to parse documents, and connects with external services that sales teams might have already depended on, e.g. HubSpot, via Model Context Protocol (MCP). The latter allows Nora to score leads, forecast upcoming sales, and summarise the pipeline in real time.



Built with Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, Qdrant, and a React-based frontend, Nora demonstrates end-to-end workflows from knowledge retrieval to CRM integration. Early testing shows the platform retrieves the correct information among its top five results more than 93 percent of the time, and a 30 percent preparation time reduction. Nora showcases the practical value of multi-agent AI systems in enterprise environments, bridging gaps in efficiency, personalization, and workflow integration.
