AE NPI Management System is a production-ready web platform co-designed with Intel Vietnam’s Assembly Engineering to replace spreadsheet-driven New Product Introduction workflows. Today, product status, module gates, and task evidence are scattered across emails and files—updates are slow, ownership is unclear, and reporting is painful.

Our platform centralizes the process end-to-end: define products, tailor milestones per module, assign tasks with due dates, attachments, and comments, and track progress through clear dashboards and timelines. Powerful search and filters surface the exact product, module, milestone, or task in seconds. Role-based access with Microsoft Entra ID keeps engineering data secure, while an audit log preserves traceability. Reusable templates help teams spin up standard milestone sets instantly.

Built with Angular 17, ASP.NET Core 8, EF Core, PostgreSQL, and Docker, the system is engineered for reliability, scale, and easy deployment in enterprise environments. We project up to a 60% reduction in time spent preparing status reports and a ~25% increase in on-time milestone completion—freeing engineers to focus on delivery, not paperwork.
