Building Business Process Visualization Tool

This project aims to develop customized business process model tools for De Heus, a leader in the global animal nutrition industry. Due to the lack of existing Excel files for visualizing and managing complex business processes, De Heus needed more intuitive and user-friendly business management tools for efficient operation. Accordingly, our team designed and developed a web-based BPMN tool tailored to De Heus’s detailed requirements.

The tool helps users effectively map complex business processes and connect them in sub and upper-diagram formats. It also provides role-based process management capabilities, customized attribute additions, and diagram export and search capabilities to various formats (PDF, XML, etc.). Through its intuitive interface and powerful capabilities, the platform increases collaboration among teams and significantly improves the efficiency of business processes. It also provides enhanced security access through Azure Single Sign-On (SSO) and ensures compatibility with various browsers. The project is not just about meeting De Heus’s needs, it sets a new benchmark for overall business process management and is expected to contribute significantly to De Heus’s global operations in the future.
