Task Management and Planning Tool in Manufacturing – MES

The Hustle Ants team is developing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in collaboration with the Bosch Rexroth company. The system mainly focuses on managing machines and employees’ performances alongside order management and tasks divided into fragments to serve cycle-based production control, prioritizing scheduling and resource management. The project employs modern web technologies to deliver a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solution compatible with real world manufacturing environments. 


Manufacturing industries often struggle with managing production schedules, allocating machines and employees, and ensuring punctual order completion. Besides, inefficiencies in handling task assignment and resource utilization often result in downtime, delays, and reduced productivity.


Due to aforementioned concerns, it is essential to develop a system that can handle complex scheduling and large-scale production flow while also providing clear visibility into machines and employees’ performance. This project utilizes Angular for frontend UI/UX, Node.js with Express.js for backend services, and MongoDB for flexible data modeling and storage. 



The purpose of this project is to design and implement a web-based MES platform that optimizes order creation, task scheduling, machines and employee’s allocation, and resource utilization.
