Digital Passport/DigitalTwin

Our project is an AI and blockchain-powered supply chain traceability platform engineered to streamline trade compliance with strict international regulations, such as the U.S. Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). Focusing primarily on garment manufacturing, it transforms fragmented factory records into a continuous, audit-ready evidence trail.


The system initializes the workflow at warehouse intake by collecting supplier and material data via OCR, screens entities against the UFLPA Restricted List and links the incoming material batches with real-time factory IoT telemetry for robust traceability.


Using an EC2-based cloud system with React, AWS Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL and S3, the data is converted into standardized daily records. Production telemetry is then passed through three detection methods: Rules, Z-Score/IQR statistics and Isolation Forest to identify unusual activity, which are risks for UFLPA flagging. Those results are combined through a consensus rule to produce a clear and explainable passport verdict for human auditors. 



For data integrity, verified events utilize SHA-256 hash chains, where daily hashes are compressed into Merkle roots and anchored to the Polygon blockchain, while sensitive data remains off-chain. The final Digital Product Passport (DPP) provides supply-chain history, IoT data, AI verification and cryptographic proof in one US-Customs-audit-ready package.
