SONY x IHRM PRACTICES
The purpose of this assessment is to demonstrate that students understand the key HRM practices that are implemented by multinational organisations. By comparing both home and host HRM system or practices and collecting the company’s current IHRM policies and practices, students are able to apply the IHRM concepts/theories to the real-world setting to identify issues as well as offer solutions to address the challenges. The assessment also has the purpose of developing students’ capacity to professionally present to management about a specific issue, which is a key skill in contemporary professional practice.
